This is Carpetbag Steak...petite eye filet wrapped in bacon with an oyster inside!
This is Surf n Turf. Porterhouse served with grilled batta fillet & sauteed prawns in garlic cream sauce. Very big serving!
Finally...my Wagyu Rump Steak!!! Prime Marble score! Very good! I had this is medium rare!
Overall, this restaurant is good and price reasonable. They've got their famous 'Jack's Challenge' which is to finish their 1kg aged grain fed rump served with potato wedges and steamed vegetables in 30mins! If you can do that, they will charge you half price and give you a free T-shirt that says you have done it. You can only 'earn' that t-shirt and not buy it. I might try it one day.... :)
